摘  要:目的:观察健康婴儿肾氧饱和度(renal regional oxygenation saturation,RrSO_2)情况。方法:选取90例体重≤10 kg的健康婴儿,根据年龄及胎龄分为足月新生儿组、早产儿组及婴儿组,各30例,应用近红外光谱技术(near infrared spectroscopy,NIRS)测定RrSO_2值,记录连续10次测定值的平均值为正常RrSO_2值。结果:90例健康婴儿静息状态下RrSO_2值为(77.25±6.67)%,其中男(77.77±6.35)%,女(76.69±7.03)%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);早产儿组、足月新生儿组、婴儿组RrSO_2值分别为(79.61±5.64)、(78.78±7.81)、(73.38±4.49)%,其中婴儿组均低于足月新生儿组和早产儿组(P<0.05),早产儿组与足月新生儿组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);RrSO_2与体重、肾脏距体表距离均呈负相关(r=-0.358、-0.358,P=0.001、0.001),而与性别无关(r=-0.105,P=0.323)。结论:健康婴儿静息状态下正常RrSO_2值为(77.25±6.67)%,10 kg以内婴儿RrSO_2与体重和肾脏距体表的距离呈负相关。Objective:To observe renal regional tissue oxygen saturation(RrSO2)value in healthy infants.Method:A total of 90 healthy infants weighing less than 10 kg were selected,according to age and gestational age,they were divided into full-term newborn group,preterm infant group and infant group,30 cases in each group.The RrSO2 value was determined by near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS),and the average value of 10 consecutive measurements was normal RrSO2 value.Result:The value of RrSO2 in 90 children at rest was(77.25±6.67)%,of which male(77.77±6.35)%and female(76.69±7.03)%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The value of RrSO2 in preterm infant,full-term newborn and infant groups were(79.61±5.64),(78.78±7.81),(73.38±4.49)%respectively,the infant group was lower than that of preterm infant and full-term newborn groups(P<0.05),the preterm infant group was compared with full-term newborn group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).RrSO2 was negatively correlated with weight and distance from kidney to body surface(r=-0.358,-0.358,P=0.001,0.001),but no correlation with gender(r=-0.105,P=0.323).Conclusion:The normal RrSO2 value of healthy infants at rest was(77.25±6.67)%,and the RrSO2 value of infants within 10 kg was negatively correlated with body weight and the distance from kidney to body surface.
