虎黄烧伤搽剂联合抗生素治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探索虎黄烧伤搽剂联合抗生素治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤患者的临床效果和安全评价。方法:选取2015年5月-2017年5月门诊烧伤患者600例,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组、治疗组、联合抗生素治疗组,各200例。用药前均进行清创处理,对照组:给予患者磺胺嘧啶银霜涂于创面,厚度0.1 mm,每日换药2次;治疗组:给予患者虎黄烧伤搽剂每日涂搽创面2次,厚度0.1 mm。联合抗生素治疗组:给予患者虎黄烧伤搽剂每日涂搽创面1～3次,厚度0.1 mm,同时口服头孢类抗生素,成人一次2粒,4次/d;三组均用药至愈合为止。比较三组患者的临床效果、创面愈合时间、创面细菌培养情况、患者疼痛评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,联合抗生素治疗组的总有效率高于治疗组和对照组,且治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合抗生素治疗组治愈时间明显短于治疗组和对照组,且治疗组的愈合时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组患者VAS评分均显著低于治疗前,联合抗生素的VAS评分低于治疗组和对照组,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d内,联合抗生素组金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿色假单胞菌感染发生率低于对照组和治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:虎黄烧伤搽剂联合抗生素治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤,临床疗效显著。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Huhuang Burn Liniment in the treatment of deepⅡdegree Burns.Method:600 outpatient burn cases from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected,and the patients were divided into control group,treatment group and combined antibiotic treatment group according to the random number table method,200 cases in each group.Debridement was performed before the use of the drug,in the control group,the patients were treated with Sulfadiazine Silver Cream on the wound surface with a thickness of 0.1 mm,and the dressing was changed twice a day;treatment group:patients were treated with Huhuang Burn Liniment twice a day,the thickness was 0.1 mm;combined antibiotic treatment group:patients were given Huhuang Burn Liniment to smear the wound surface one to three times a day,with thickness of 0.1 mm,meanwhile,oral cephalosporin antibiotics were given,2 capsules once for adults,4 times a day.All three groups were treated until healing.The clinical effect of wound healing time of wound healing bacteria culture,patient pain score and adverse events occur were compared among the three groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the combined antibiotic treatment group was higher than those of the treatment group and the control group,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of the combined antibiotic treatment group was significantly shorter than those of the treatment group and the control group,and the healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those of the combined antibiotic group were lower than those of the treatment group and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Within 7 days of treatment,the incidence of staphylococ
