摘　　要：交通事故人体损伤的过程具有复杂性,因人和车均处于运动状态,需考虑车速、碰撞部位、人与车的位置、路面与设施等因素。本文通过伤痕位置、高度、方向、角度等综合因素分析致伤机理的方法,成功排除了伤者与涉事车辆之间的必然联系,阻止了一起交通讹诈,使痕检员得以一种全新的角度来看待案事件中的人体损伤。The process of human injury in traffic accidents is complicated.Because people and cars are in the state of motion,the factors such as the speed,the collided position,the positions of people and cars,road and facili-ties should be taken into consideration.Through the comprehensive analysis on injury mechanism from the perspec-tives of the location,height,direction and angle,this paper has successfully excluded the inevitable connection be-tween the injured and the vehicle involved,and avoided a case of traffic blackmail,which enables the trace inspector to take a new look at the human injury in the case.
