摘　　要：老年高血压患者的降压获益毫无疑问,但降至何种程度近年来仍存在争议。本文通过对2017年美国高血压指南中老年高血压管理部分的分析,认为老年高血压患者的血压管理应更多关注患者临床合并情况,年龄不再是主要问题。The evidence that antihypertensive treatment in elderly patients with hypertension is exact.However,the target of blood pressure is controversial.A brief talk is made about the part of control of blood pressure in elderly patients from the 2017 American hypertension clinical practice guideline.We think the clinical complications of elderly patients should be considered and the age is not the main issue for them.
