广州研发产业基本特征及发展对策

摘　　要：分析广州研发产业基本特征,剖析制约广州研发产业的发展瓶颈,从充分发挥政府的主导作用、加快研发产业外部化发展、加大研发(R&D)投入和研发资源配置、激活企业内在创新动能4个方面给出加速广州研发产业培育发展的政策建议。This paper analyzes the basic characteristics and restraining factors of the R&D industry in Guangzhou.This paper also gives some suggestions on accelerating the development of R&D industry in Guangzhou from four aspects of giving full play to leading role of the government,accelerating external development of R&D industry,increasing theR&D investment and resources,and activating internal innovation momentum of the enterprise.
