摘　　要：分析目前国内科技情报咨询分析的现状,并以德国公司开发新型电池建设项目是否落户广东的委托咨询项目为例,综合研究技术新颖性、知识产权核实、关联企业调查、核心技术查证、学术带头人的科研背景调查,交叉评估该大型能源领域投资项目的多个侧面并得出需要慎重考虑的结论。该结论与相关部门随后组织的专家论证会结论不谋而合,由此得出投资项目综合分析评估的方法和框架,是科技情报研究的重要分支。为类似案例提供了研究样本。This paper analyzes the situation of domestic science and technical information consulting analysis,takes the commissioned consulting project by the German company to of developing new type battery construction project in Guangdong as an example,studies the novelty of technology,the verification of intellectual property,the investigation of affiliated enterprises,the core technology verification,the research background of academic leaders,and cross-assesses multiple facets of the investment project in the large energy sector.The paper draws a conclusion that careful consideration is required concerning this project,which coincides with the conclusion of the expert argumentation that the relevant departments organized.It is concluded that the comprehensive analysis of investment projects is an important branch of science and technology information research,This study provides an sample for similar cases.
