产业贸易层面的中美高新技术产品贸易测度与影响因素

摘　　要：最近以来,中美之间贸易摩擦不断升级。在美国公布加征关税中国商品清单中,首当其冲的是高新技术产品。高新技术产业是我国重点培育的工业领域,开拓高新技术产业国际市场也是我国对外贸易发展、参与全球价值链分工、提升国际分工地位的关键所在。美国是我国高新技术产品的重要目标市场之一,中国长期保持对美国高新技术产品贸易顺差。根据产业内贸易理论,以2004-2015年两国产品贸易数据进行研究,结果显示:中美高新技术产业贸易中产业内贸易占较高比例,但仍然以产业间贸易为主;中美高新技术产业具体产品产业贸易类型有较大分化,既有以产业间贸易为主的产品,也有以产业内贸易为主的产品;美国对中国高新技术出口限制对中美高新技术产业贸易结构有较大影响。Recently,the trade conflicts between China and US escalated.Among US announced lists of tariffs on Chinese goods,the high-technology commodities are mainly targeted.High-technology industry plays a key role in Chinese industry domain,which is important to China for international markets of High-technology products.The United States is one of the important markets to Chinese High-technology products which maintain trade surplus in recent years for China trade with the United States on this domain industry.Based on Intra-industry trade theories and empirical work,it shows that:Intra-industry trade makes a large proportion in China-US High-technology industry trade,although the inter-industry trade dominates this market.There are diversities on the specific products of High-technology in China-US trade which means there are products in inter-industry trade and other products in intra-industry trade.The export restrictions of the United States take great influence on the structure of China-US high-technology industry trade.
