摘　　要：针对东滩煤矿选煤厂在矿井井下开采环境复杂时,部分毛煤不经过破碎直接进入煤流系统再加上随着破碎机使用时间的延长,破碎机磨损严重,停用维修时间逐步增加,原煤中超粒度的问题,通过一系列技术改造,满足生产需要,取消人工手选作业,取得了良好的经济效益,实现了系统生产能力的提升。In view of the complicated mining environment in Dongtan Coal Mine,part of the raw coal directly enters the coal flow system without crushing,and with the extension of the crusher service time,the crusher is worn seriously,the maintenance time is gradually increased,and the super-granularity problem in raw coal is solved.In order to meet the needs of production and cancel the manual operation,good economic benefits have been achieved and the system production capacity has been improved.
