摘 要:为了确保易燃煤层综采工作面安全稳定回采,防止采空区煤层自燃事故发生,潞安集团司马煤业公司通风部通过技术研究,对1211工作面采空区煤层自燃原因进行分析,提出了减小采空区漏风量、注氮减少采空区遗煤以及安装矿用JSG5型自燃发火束管监测系统等防灭火技术措施,实际应用效果表明,采取措施有效降低了1211工作面采空区氧气及一氧化碳浓度,起到了采空区防灭火预期效果。In order to ensure safe and stable recovery of fully mechanized coal mining face in flammable coal seam and prevent spontaneous combustion of coal seam in goaf,the ventilation Department of Sima coal company of Lu'an Group,through technical research,analyses the causes of spontaneous combustion of coal seam in goaf of 1211 working face,and puts forward the reduction of air leakage in goaf,nitrogen injection to reduce the remains of coal in goaf and the installation of mine.The practical application results show that the oxygen and carbon monoxide concentration in the goaf of 1211 working face can be effectively reduced by using the JSG5 type spontaneous combustion tube monitoring system and other measures of fire prevention and extinguishing,and the expected effect of fire prevention and extinguishing in the goaf has been achieved.
