摘　　要：伴随矿井深度开发,资源储量日渐枯竭,为延长矿井服务年限,加大资源回收力度,矿井开始对旧采区进行重新规划,加大边角煤开采力度,边角煤开采出现不规则工作面、不规则巷道掘进,掘进过程中出现方向变化、各种联络巷交叉、掘进煤流转载点多,常规胶带不适应现场实际情况的困难日渐突出。为适应井下实际生产的需要,对原有的DSJ80可伸缩带式输送机进行短小化改造,将原有的外置驱动及减速器更换为驱动滚筒一体式的内置驱动,内置电驱动滚筒靠机尾端储带仓固定,游动小车靠卸载臂端移动实现紧带,同时实现回转、换向功能。With the deep development of the mine,the resource reserves are gradually exhausted.In order to prolong the service life of the mine and increase the strength of resource recovery,the mine began to redesign the old mining area,increase the intensity of corner coal mining,corner coal mining appeared irregular working face,irregular roadway excavation,direction changes in the process of excavation.The difficulty of conventional tape not adapting to the actual situation is becoming increasingly prominent.In order to meet the needs of underground production,the original DSJ80 retractable belt conveyor is retrofitted to be short and small.The original external drive and reducer are replaced by the integrated internal drive of the driving drum.The built-in electric drive drum is fixed by the storage belt silo at the tail end of the machine,and the mobile trolley is moved by the unloading arm to realize the belt tightening.Rotary and reversing functions.
