高职院校校企合作的机遇与挑战——以兰州石化职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：我国高职院校在专业技术人才培养上主要有两个方面的不足:1.缺乏对企业的当前的生产状况和未来的发展趋势的准确定位,造成相关的教学内容不能完全满足技术人才培养的需要,二是学校的专业教师队伍更加擅长理论教学但是缺乏企业生产实践经历,不能完全胜任技术人才培养的重任。这些不足我们只能够通过与企业在专业技术人才培养全过程的合作才能够得以弥补和加强,兰州石化职业技术学院多项措施并举促进校企合作来达到培养真正意义上的技术应用型人才的教学目标。Our country's higher vocational colleges in the lack of technical talents cultivation conditions is mainly manifested in two aspects,one is the insufficient fund investment,caused the practice teaching condition cannot meet the needs of the technical personnel training,the second is professional teachers is generally focus on theory teaching is lack of enterprise production practice experience,inadequate technical personnel training.These deficiencies can only be made up and strengthened through cooperation with enterprises in the whole process of professional and technical personnel training.
