摘 要:海上热采井需要从油套环空内连续或间歇地注入氮气,同时要求油套环空密封,以防止井底流体意外上返,危及平台人员和设备安全。为满足海上热采井工艺要求,研制了Y241型双通道热采封隔器。这种封隔器以分散柔性石墨为密封件主体、改性聚四氟乙烯为保护套,并采用中心管和外中心管组成的环形空间作为注氮气通道,中心管内通道作为注蒸汽通道。室内和现场试验结果表明:Y241型双通道热采封隔器坐封顺利、解封可靠,注氮通道开启关闭灵活,常温下密封压差达30 MPa,350℃高温下密封压差达21 MPa,且经过2轮次高低温交变后密封性能依然良好,能够承受热采井工况,具有良好的推广应用前景。该封隔器的研制成功为海上油田热力采油提供了工具支持。Offshore thermal recovery wells need to be continuously or intermittently injected with nitrogen from the tubing-casing annulus.Meanwhile,the tubing-casing annulus requires to be sealed to prevent accidental flow up of produced fluid that imposes hazard to the safety of personnel and equipment on the platform.The Y241 dual-channel thermal recovery packer was developed to meet the requirements of offshore thermal recovery technology.The packer mainly uses a dispersed flexible graphite seal as a main body,a modified polytetrafluoroethylene as a protective sleeve,and annular space between central tube and outer central tube for nitrogen injection,and the central tube as steam injection channel.The indoor and on-site tests showed that the Y241 dual-channel thermal recovery packer showed a stable setting and reliable releasing operation.The nitrogen injection channel is smooth to open and close.The pressure capacity is 30 MPa at normal temperature and 21 MPa at 350℃.After 2 rounds of high and low temperature alternating,the sealing performance was still capable to withstand the thermal recovery well conditions,presenting a good prospect of application.The development of the packer provides tool support for thermal oil recovery in offshore oil fields.
