摘 要:为解决传统页岩气井压裂设备能耗高、噪声大和占用场地面积大的问题,实现非常规页岩气资源低成本绿色环保开发,压裂改造后使储层内产生复杂网格化裂缝,达到增产目的,从优化压裂设备角度提出交流电驱动压裂泵技术。该技术采用6 000 hp交流电动压裂泵与传统压裂车组合方式,首次成功对1口页岩气井实施22段压裂先导试验,完成了供液能力、单双泵切换、双泵同步运行、稳定性试验及配套工艺测试。试验结果表明:在70 MPa工作压力下,单泵最大排量可达到3. 48 m^3/min,相当于2. 5~3. 0台2 500 hp传统压裂车的排量,单段降低成本约2万元,同比节约1. 66 t标准煤。该电动压裂泵降本增效绿色开发效益凸显,具有良好的应用前景。In order to address the problems of high energy consumption,high noise and large footprint of 0x0E0xFF0xF00xFF偆h0x0F0x0E0xFF0xF00xFF偆h0x0Ftraditional shale gas well fracturing equipment,and achieve low-cost green development of unconventional shale gas resources,and stimulating the reservoir with complicate fracture network by fracturing,according to the characteristics of shale gas development,the AC drive fracturing pump technology was proposed from the perspective of optimizing fracturing equipment.The technology combines the 6 000 hp AC electric fracturing pump and traditional fracturing truck.The 22-stage fracturing pilot test in a shale gas well was accomplished for the first time using the developed technology.The fluid supply capacity,single-double pump switching,dual pump synchronous operation,stability test and supporting process test were conducted.The test results showed that,under the 70 MPa working pressure,the maximum displacement of a single pump can reach 3.48 m 3/min,which is equivalent to the displacement of 2.5~3.0 traditional 2 500 hp fracturing trucks.The cost per stage was reduced by 20 000 RMB,saving 1.66 t standard coal.The developed technology has a significant cost-effective and efficiency-increasing and green development benefits,presenting good application prospects.
