摘 要:先采用简便无毒的溶液浸泡法粗化,再采用质量分数为1%的硬脂酸无水乙醇溶液进行改性,在热镀锌层表面得到超疏水膜层。通过正交试验研究了粗化液中ZnCl_2浓度、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)质量浓度、粗化时间及改性时间对超疏水膜耐蚀性的影响。得到最佳工艺条件为:粗化液为含0.4 mol/L ZnCl_2和0.5 g/L CTAB的无水乙醇-氨水(体积比为4∶1)混合溶液,粗化时间4 h,改性时间1 h。所得超疏水膜层均匀、致密,耐中性盐雾试验时间长达4个周期。A superhydrophobic film was obtained on hot-dip galvanized coating by a two-step method:(1)roughening by simply being immersed in a nontoxic solution;and(2)modifying with an absolute ethanol containing 1wt.%stearic acid.The effects of ZnCl2 and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)amounts in the roughening solution,as well as roughening and modification time on corrosion resistance of the superhydrophobic film were studied by orthogonal test.The optimal roughening solution is basically composed of ethanol and ammonia water(volume ratio 4:1)and contains ZnCl2 0.4 mol/L and CTAB 0.5 g/L.The roughening time and modification time were optimized as 4 h and 1 h,respectively.The superhydrophobic film obtained under the optimal conditions is uniform and compact,and able to endure the neutral salt spray test for 4 cycles.
