摘　　要：介绍了塑料制品LDS表面化学镀成型工艺的主要流程及其在手机天线制造中的应用,指出了工艺控制的要点以及产品设计的一般原则。分析了活化不良、漏镀、亮斑等常见缺陷的成因并给出了改善措施。The process for electroless plating on plastic substrate structured directly with laser and its application to manufacturing of mobile phone antenna were introduced.The key points of process control and some general principles of product design were described.The causes of common defects such as poor activation,skip plating,and bright spot were analyzed and some corresponding improvement measures were given.
