春亚纺织物无氟防水整理工艺的实验探讨

摘　　要：采用无氟防水剂NR-7080对春亚纺织物进行防水整理,通过正交试验设计,改变无氟防水剂的浓度、焙烘温度和焙烘时间,确定了最优的整理工艺.优化的工艺方案无氟防水剂NR-7080浓度为3%,焙烘温度为170℃,焙烘时间为180 s,整理后的织物防水效果可达95分,经多次洗涤后织物防水效果保持在80分以上,织物与水的接触角大于150°,并具有良好的透气性和自清洁功能.The fluorine-free water repellent NR-7080 is used in the waterproof finishing process of polyester pongee fabric.The optimal finishing process is determined by orthogonal test in which we change the concentration of fluorine-free water-proof agent,curing temperature and curing time.The optimum process is obtained as follow:the concentrstion of fluorine-free water-proofing agent NR-7080 is 3%,the curing temperature is 170℃and the curing time is 180 seconds.The water proof effect of the finished fabric can reach 95 points,and after repeated washing,it maintains above 80 points.The contact angle between the fabric and water is greater than 150 degrees.And the fabric has good air permeability and self-cleaning function.
