基于专利群技术的开放式实验教学模式探究——以“段彩纱织物设计”为例

摘　　要：嘉兴学院纺织工程专业实践教学团队将专利群技术研究成果转化为教学资源,自主研发制备出一批适合产业发展需求的实验机,并结合浙江省色纺纱行业现状开设"段彩纱织物设计"开放式实验.实践证明,开放式实验提高了实验室和仪器设备的利用率,有利于培养学生的创新能力和工程意识,取得了良好的教学效果,达到了开放实验教学的预期目的.The practical teaching team of the textile engineering major in Jiaxing University has transformed the research results of patent group technology into teaching resources and independently developed and produced a series of experimental machines that can meet the needs of industrial development.They have also established an open experimental teaching platform of the“segment colored yarn fabric design”course according to the current situation of the colorspun yarn industry in Zhejiang.The practice proves that the opening experiment can improve the utilization rate of the laboratory and the facilities and equipment,and is benefit to cultivating students’innovation ability and engineering consciousness.It has also achieved good teaching effects and the intended purpose of the opening experimental teaching.
