延长干熄焦装置检修周期的应用与探索

摘　　要：简述了干熄焦装置检修的定义、分级及干熄焦大修的主要检修项目,概括了影响干熄焦装置大修周期的主要因素。以某钢厂干熄焦装置技改为例,介绍了干熄槽及一次除尘器耐火材料、气体循环风机壳体、鼓风装置、锅炉二次过热器的检修及技改情况,通过更换新型耐火材料代替BM耐火砖、重砌斜道区及内环风道耐火材料、粘贴新型耐火材料至风机壳体内部、安装新型耐磨板在鼓风装置下部漏斗区等措施,可有效延长干熄焦装置的检修周期及使用寿命。The definition and classification of the overhaul of CDQ unit,the main overhaul items of CDQ unit and the main factors affecting the overhaul period were briefly described.Taking the technical renovation of a coke dry quenching unit in a steel plant as an example,the maintenance and technical renovation of the refractory material of the dry quenching tank and the primary dust collector,the shell of the gas circulating fan,the blast device and the secondary superheater of the boiler were introduced.By replacing the BM refractory brick with the new refractory material,rebuilding the refractory materials of the ramp area and the inner ring duct,attaching the new type of refractory materials to the internal of the shell,and installing the new wear-resistant liner in the lower funnel area of the blast equipment,the overhaul period and service life of the CDQ unit were effectively prolonged.
