摘 要:目的对参加献血志愿服务志愿者进行中期管理,为临床效果进行探讨分析。方法选取我院2017年10月~2018年5月参加血站无偿献血志愿服务的志愿者110例作为本研究对象,经随机分成两组,各55例,即对照组及研究组。结果加强无偿献血志愿服务队伍中期管理后,可提高其献血效率,其献血者不满意率大大降低,组间相比差异显著;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对无偿献血志愿服务队伍进行中期管理,献血服务改善较为明显,可有效提高满意度,稳定献血服务队伍建设,有利于无偿献血志愿服务队伍的持续发展。Objective To conduct mid-term management of volunteers who volunteered for blood donation,and to analyze and analyze the clinical effects.Methods A total of 110 volunteers who participated in blood donation volunteer service during the period from October 2017 to May 1818 were randomly divided into two groups,55 patients in each group,namely the control group and the study group.Results After the mid-term management of the voluntary blood donation volunteer service team was strengthened,the blood donation efficiency was improved,and the blood donor dissatisfaction rate was greatly reduced.The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mid-term management of the blood donation volunteer service team is more obvious,and the blood donation service improvement is more obvious.It can effectively improve the satisfaction and stabilize the blood donation service team construction,which is conducive to the sustainable development of the voluntary blood donation volunteer service team.
