摘  要:通过数值模拟和水模拟研究了120 t钢包在LF精炼过程中不同透气砖布置及吹气量情况下钢包内流场及活跃区比例。研究表明:随着钢包吹气量增加,钢包内活跃区比例增加,混匀时间呈缩短趋势;在吹气量较小时,120°布置钢包内活跃区比例及混匀时间随透气砖布置明显优于其他情况。根据数理模拟研究结果,结合现场条件对现有钢包透气砖位置进行了优化,改造钢包使用结果表明:透气砖位置调整加速了渣料、合金的熔化,缩短了精炼时间,有利于减少电极舔舐造成的消耗。By mathematical and water simulation the flow field and active zone ratio of a 120 t ladle in LF refining process under different arrangement of porous plug and argon flow rate is studied.It is shown that the active zone in ladle increased and the mixing time reduces with the increasing of argon flow rate,the 120°arrangement of porous plug is better than others when the argon flow rate is small.According to the results and the site condition,the arrangement of permeable brick for exiting ladle is optimized.The application result shows that the molten of slag and alloy materials is accelerated and the refining time is reduced,it is beneficial for the reduce of electrode waste by licking.
