摘  要:某批Φ40 mm的42CrMo棒材进行在线调质处理后,冲击性能和疲劳试验均出现不合的情况,经过组织分析,发现调质处理后组织中出现较多细针状铁素体和屈氏体组织,认为是淬火时温度偏低或淬火冷速偏低造成。结合现场生产实际,通过增加淬火水量和略微降低回火温度等工艺调整,调整后各项性能指标均符合要求。A batch ofΦ40 mm 42CrMo bar after online quenching and tempering,impact performance and fatigue tests are not the case.After microstructure analysis,it is found that more fine needle-like ferrite and troostite organization are appeared after quenching and tempering.It is considered to be caused by low temperature or low quenching rate during quenching.In combination with the actual production in the field,all the performance indexes after adjustment are in line with the requirements by increasing the amount of quenching water and slightly reducing the tempering temperature.
