摘  要:为研究烟叶重金属综合水平及Cd作为其典型标志物的可行性,采用ICP-MS方法对113个主要县级产区的339个烟叶样品中重金属Cr,Ni,As,Cd,Se,Hg和Pb含量进行检测,建立了烟叶重金属综合评价指数(T)、单项评价指数(S)和代表性指数(D),并绘制空间分布图,以评估烟叶重金属综合水平。结果表明,中国大部分地区烟叶重金属综合水平处于低位,其中部分较高的区域主要集中在湖南、广西、贵州和四川4省、自治区,部分较低的区域主要集中在山东、河南和云南3省;各地区Cr,Ni,As,Se,Hg和Pb对烟叶重金属综合水平的贡献度较小,而Cd从数值和分布上都可以作为典型标志物反映中国大部分地区烟叶重金属综合水平。To study the comprehensive level of heavy metal in tobacco leaves and the feasibility of Cd as its typical marker,the heavy metal content of Cr,Ni,As,Cd,Se,Hg and Pb in 339 samples of tobacco leaves from 113 major producing areas of China was determined by the method of ICP-MS.The comprehensive evaluation index(T),single evaluation index(S)and representative index(D)were established and the spatial distribution map was combined to evaluate the heavy metal comprehensive level of tobacco leaves.Results show that the heavy metal comprehensive level of tobacco leaves in most areas in China is in a low level,part of the higher areas are mainly concentrated in four provinces of Hunan,Guangxi,Guizhou and Sichuan,while the lower parts are mainly concentrated in Shandong,Henan and Yunnan provinces;Cr,Ni,As,Se,Hg and Pb has a less contribution to the heavy metal comprehensive level of tobacco leaves,and Cd(value and distribution)can be a typical markers reflecting heavy metal comprehensive level of tobacco leaves in most areas of China.
