摘　　要：建立多中心临床队列研究是有效控制和预防慢性病的初始步骤,做好质量控制是成功建立队列研究的第一步,本文通过REDcap系统建立多中心慢性病自然人队列,从科研人员操作培训入手,通过在线数据反馈临床研究的质控结果,截至2018年4月30日,慢性病自然人队列参与随访的依从性为50.78%,成功建立自然人动态队列共4863例,通过REDcap系统实现临床研究项目的网络化质量控制,软件自动实现的质控便捷有效,节省科研人员工作量的同时,能够增加队列研究参与依从性,应在队列研究中普遍使用。The establishment of a multi-center clinical cohort study is an initial step to effectively control and prevent chronic diseases.Quality control is the first step to successfully establish a cohort study.This paper establishes a multi-center natural cohort of chronic diseases through the REDcap system,starting with the training of scientific researchers and through the online Data feedback Clinical control quality control results.As of April 30,2018,the compliance of natural persons in chronic disease queues was 50.78%.A total of 4863 cases of natural person dynamic queues were successfully established.The network quality control of clinical research projects was achieved through the REDcap system.The quality control that the software realizes automatically is convenient and effective,saves the work load of the scientific research personnel,can increase the coherence of participation in the research of the cohort,should be generally used in the cohort study.
