摘  要:为某小型半穿甲反舰导弹战斗部的研制需要,对500 t级别小型作战舰艇复合结构加筋板的侵彻过程进行了数值计算,采用重22. 5 kg的弹体分别对8 mm厚SW220玻璃钢+8 mm厚钢组合结构和8 mm厚超高分子量聚乙烯+8 mm厚钢组合结构垂直侵彻,求解命中不同加筋结构时弹体穿靶剩余速度、穿靶能量消耗等数据结果,分析复合材料层的破坏模式;为预估半穿甲战斗部对不同厚度某型船用钢板的极限侵彻深度和极限穿靶速度,拟合出德马尔公式中应变率在103s^(-1)时该型船用钢板的材料系数K为1 450; SW220玻璃钢层对于抗半穿甲战斗部侵彻的能力有限,超高分子量聚乙烯层可较为有效地抵御低速弹体侵彻,但在高应变率下侵彻过程对弹体速度影响较小;加筋结构和复合材料层的综合作用可以很好地降低半穿甲弹体的侵彻能力。For the development of a small and semi-armor-piercing anti-ship missile warhead,the numerical calculation of the penetration process of the reinforced plate with a 500 t ton level small combat ship composite structure was carried out.The mass of 8 mm thick SW220 glass steel+8 mm thick steel composite structure and 8 mm thick UHMWPE+8 mm thick steel composite structure were penetrated by 22.5 kg projectiles respectively.The data of residual velocity and energy consumption of target penetrating target with different stiffened structures were obtained.Failure mode of composite layer was analyzed.To predict ultimate penetration depth and ultimate penetration speed of semi-armor-piercing to a certain type of marine steel plate with different thickness,material coefficient K of this type of ship steel plate is 1 450 when the strain rate is 10 3 s-1 at the fitting point.The ability of SW220 FRP layer to resist penetration of semi armor piercing warhead is limited.UHMWPE layer can effectively resist low velocity projectile penetration.But at high strain rate,the penetration speed has little effect on the velocity of projectile.The combined effect of reinforced structure and composite layer can reduce the penetration ability of semi armor piercing projectiles.
