摘  要:为进一步提升和发挥装备系统的质量特性设计作用,针对当前工程设计中亟待解决的装备质量设计水平低下、各指标权衡困难、寿命周期费用浪费等问题,提出从一体化的角度开展可靠性、维修性、保障性、测试性(RMST)设计和验证工作,而一体化设计的关键就是确立顶层指标与设计指标之间的关系,进而实现各设计指标的合理权衡和分配,因此重点开展顶层指标模型构建与验证研究;首先,基于不同任务需求,将装备系统分为连续工作型、间断工作型和一次性使用三大类,分别分析研究能够综合表达其RMST水平的顶层参数和技术指标,构建装备系统RMST一体化指标体系;其次,针对当前装备结构和技术复杂性不断提高的特点,以现行备件供应体制为基础构建装备的RMST顶层参数模型,并给出相应的试验验证方法;最后,以任务成功率参数为例验证成果的可行性。According to the low level,index weigh difficult and life cycle cost waste problems which is urgently needed to be solved in engineering design,further enhancing and playing the design role of equipment system quality characteristics,the reliability,maintainability,supportability,testability(RMST)design and verification were presented from an integrated perspective.But the key is to establish the relationship between the integrated design of the top-level indexes and design indexes,then achieve a reasonable balance and distribution of each design index,so this paper focuses on the research of building and verifying top index model.Firstly,it analyzes the top-level parameters and technical indicators which can be correctly used to express RMST level of different job categories system,and constructs equipment RMST integration index system,based on different mission profiles;Secondly,because of the improving equipment structure and technical complexity,it builds RMST top-level parameters design model of complex system based on the current spare parts supply setup,and gives the corresponding experimental verification methods;Finally,taking the mission success rate for an example,it validates its feasibility.
