摘  要:利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对EFP战斗部加装不同结构壳体时药型罩成型进行了数值仿真对比,研究发现壳体对EFP成型的影响主要集中在紧临药型罩一侧1/2装药高度范围内。研究还表明分离式壳体可以改善药型罩形成弹丸的形状,有效提高EFP弹丸的速度、长径比、密实度,提高侵彻威力,降低战斗部重量。Using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to numerically simulate the shape of the drug mask when EFP warheads were installed with different structural shells,it was found that the impact of the shells on EFP molding was mainly concentrated on the side of the drug mask 1/2 Charge height range.The study also showed that the split shell can improve the shape of the pellet formed by the drug mask,effectively increase the speed,aspect ratio and compactness of the EFP projectile.It increases the penetration strength and reduce the weight of the warhead.
