战备物资储备军民融合建设效益评价

摘　　要：分析了战备物资储备军民融合建设基本功能,构建了指标体系。针对不同指标特点,军事效益采用模糊集计算法,经济效益采用经济贡献率法,综合效益采用层次分析法,对军民融合效益进行了评估。对于受主观影响大、不确定性因素的指标量化处理提供了新思路。The basic functions were analyzed,and the index system was constructed.The fuzzy set calculation method was used for military benefits,the economic rate contribution method was used for economic benefits,and the comprehensive benefit was analyzed using analytic hierarchy process.
