摘 要:用手糊成型的方法制作了填充不同填料的不饱和聚酯玻璃钢复合材料,通过测试材料的密度、导热率和比热容并计算传热系数,研究了不同无机填料单独填充或与空心玻璃微珠(HGM)复配填充对不饱和聚酯玻璃钢材料热物理性能的影响;研究表明:填充无机填料后,复合材料的比热容降低,用填料与HGM复配填充后,比热容的降低值减小;同时,单独填充无机填料后,复合材料的密度、导热率和传热系数均增大,与HGM复配填充后增幅减小。The UFRP composites with different fillers were made by hand-paste method.The density,thermal conductivity and specific heat capacity of the materials were tested and the heat transfer coefficient was calculated.The effects of different inorganic fillers filled alone or in combination with hollow glass beads(HGM)on the thermal physical properties of unsaturated polyester fiberglass reinforced plastics were investigated.The study shows that the specific heat capacity of composites decreases after filling with inorganic fillers,and the reduction decreases when the inorganic fillers are filled in combination with HGM.At the same time,the separately filled inorganic fillers increase the density,thermal conductivity,and heat transfer coefficient of the composite material,and filling HGM can reduce its increased amplitude.
