高血压患者实施社区规范化管理措施及治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨社区规范化管理对高血压患者的作用。方法:收治高血压患者80例,随机分为两组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,研究组给予社区规范化管理,观察两组不良事件总发生率、血压。结果:研究组不良事件总发生率明显低于对照组,干预后舒张压、收缩压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压患者接受社区规范化管理有利于改善用药习惯和生活方式。Objective:To explore the effect of standardized community management on patients with hypertension.Methods:80 cases of patients with hypertension were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,while the research group was given standardized community management,the total incidence of adverse events and blood pressure of the two groups were observed.Results:The total incidence of adverse events in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized community management for patients with hypertension was conducive to improving drug habits and lifestyle.
