摘　　要：目的:探讨采用带股方肌蒂的骨瓣移植术治疗成人股骨头缺血性坏死的临床实际价值。方法:收治成人股骨头缺血性坏死患者96例,随机分为两组,每组各48例。对照组采用伞状记忆合金股骨头支撑器治疗,观察组采用带股方肌蒂的骨瓣移植术治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组,Harris评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:成人股骨头缺血性坏死患者接受带股方肌蒂的骨瓣移植术治疗的效果更佳。Objective:To explore the clinical value of bone flap transplantation with pedicled quadratus femoris in the treatment of adult avascular necrosis in femoral head.Methods:96 cases of adult patients with avascular necrosis in femoral head were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with umbelle memory alloy femoral head support,and the observation group was treated with bone flap transplantation with pedicled quadratus femoris,the clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The operation time,healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the Harris score was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bone flap transplantation with pedicled quadratus femoris in the treatment of adult avascular necrosis in femoral head had better clinical effect.
