摘　　要：目的:探讨无张力腹外疝修补术的临床应用效果。方法:收治腹外疝患者30例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各15例。试验组采用无张力腹外疝修补术治疗,对照组采用常规疗法治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组手术时间、术中出血量、患者自主活动时间、住院时间和并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无张力腹外疝修补术的临床应用效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of tension-free herniorrhaphy.Methods:30 patients with abdominal external hernia were selected and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with tension-free herniorrhaphy,and the control group was treated with routine treatment,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,patients'autonomous activity time,hospitalization time and complication rate were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application effect of tension-free herniorrhaphy was significant.
