摘　　要：目的:新生儿肝破裂在临床上并不常见,其主要原因包括产伤、重度窒息和凝血机制障碍。本文报告1例以阴囊血肿为主要表现的新生儿肝破裂,探讨临床诊治经验。Neonatal liver rupture was not common in clinic,and the main causes included birth injury,severe asphyxia and coagulation disorders.This article reported one case of neonatal liver rupture with scrotal hematoma as the main manifestation,and explore the experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
