摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸治疗胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者胃肠道反应的效果。方法:收治胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者112例,随机分为两组,每组各56例。对照组给予盐酸格拉司琼治疗,观察组给予盐酸格拉司琼联合针灸治疗,比较两组胃肠道反应评分、最大耐受容积、最大耐受压力、低频功率/高频功率(LF/HF)、胃顺应性。结果:观察组胃肠道反应评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组最大耐受容积、最大耐受压力、LF/HF、胃顺应性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗可有效提高胃肠道肿瘤患者的胃顺应性、内脏感觉阈值,明显缓解化疗引起的胃肠道反应。Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on gastrointestinal reactions in patients with gastrointestinal neoplasms undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:112 cases of patients with gastrointestinal neoplasms undergoing chemotherapy were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with granisetron hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with granisetron hydrochloride combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,the gastrointestinal reaction score,maximum tolerance volume,maximum tolerance pressure,low frequency power/high frequency power(LF/HF)and gastric compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:The gastrointestinal reaction score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum tolerance volume,maximum tolerated pressure,LF/HF and gastric compliance of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy could improve the gastric compliance and visceral sensory thresholds in patients with gastrointestinal neoplasms effectively,and alleviate the gastrointestinal reactions induced by chemotherapy significantly.
