摘　　要：目的:探讨围手术期护理干预应用于糖尿病并发白内障患者的效果。方法:收治糖尿病并发白内障患者80例,随机分为两组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组给予围手术期护理干预,比较两组视力状况、术后并发症发生率。结果:试验组术后患眼视力>0.3眼数明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病并发白内障患者实行围手术期护理干预的效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cataract.Methods:80 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cataract were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the experiment group was given perioperative nursing intervention,the visual acuity and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The visual acuity above 0.3 of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of perioperative nursing intervention was better in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cataract.
