婴幼儿静脉输液时药液外渗引起不良事件的护理对策及探讨

摘　　要：静脉输液过程中的药液外渗可导致患儿出现不适感,外渗作为婴幼儿静脉输液过程中的不良事件,防控需求相对较高。本科发生1例静脉输液甘露醇外渗引起Ⅲ度静脉炎,经有效护理后,静脉炎得到有效控制,相关症状体征消失。The extravasation of the liquid during intravenous infusion can cause discomfort among the children,extravasation is an adverse event in infant intravenous infusion,the demand for prevention and control is relatively high.There is 1 case of gradeⅢphlebitis caused by extravasation of liquid during intravenous infusion of mannitol in our department,after effective nursing,phlebitis is effectively controlled,and the symptoms and signs disappeared.
