摘 要:医联体成为近年来的热词,全国各地各级卫生行政部门先后出台相关政策,各地各级医联体建设也都在如火如荼地进行。本文介绍了南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院医联体对24家成员单位实行同质化管理的实践,探讨通过同质化管理,促进卫生资源合理利用,优质医疗资源下沉,提高基层医疗机构医疗服务质量和服务能力,方便群众就医,真正实现"基层首诊、双向转诊、急慢分治、上下联动"的分级诊疗新模式的积极作用。The medical association has become a hot word in recent years.The health administrative departments at all levels across the country have issued relevant policies,and the construction of medical associations at all levels has been enthusiastically carried out.This paper introduces the practice of homogenization management of 24 member units of Huai'an First Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University,and discusses the rational use of homogenization management to promote the rational use of health resources,the quality of medical resources will sink,improve the quality of medical services and service capabilities of primary medical institutions,and facilitate the public to seek medical treatment.Really realize the positive role of the new mode of"graduate diagnosis,two-way referral,rapid division and treatment,and up and down linkage".
