摘　　要：目的:探讨信息化管理系统在提高手术病理标本送检正确率与质量监控中的应用。方法:在手术病理标本送检中采用信息化管理系统,观察应用效果。结果:实施信息化流程管理后,手术病理标本送检总缺陷率、>30 min固定标本率、病理单与标本袋标签填写信息不清等方面均显著改善(P<0.01)。实施信息化流程管理后护理人员在进行标本质量检查及处理等方面的时间明显缩短。结论:实施信息化管理系统管理留置手术病理标本流程,能有效提高手术标本送检质量与管理效率。Objective:To explore the application of information management system in the process and quality monitoring of indwelling surgical pathological specimen.Methods:In the surgical pathology specimen inspection,we used the information management system and observed the application effect.Results:After the implementation of information process management,the total defect rate of surgical pathology specimen inspection,the fixed specimen rate for more than 30 minutes,incomplete information on the label of pathological single and specimen bag were obviously improved(P<0.01).After the implementation of information process management,the time of nursing staff to carry out quality inspection and treatment of specimens was obviously shortened.Conclusion:The application of information management system in indwelling surgical pathological specimen can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of surgical specimen inspection.
