摘　　要：水利工程项目稽察作为水利工程建设与管理的有效手段之一,在水利事业发展中具有不可替代的作用。本文从为什么要建立水利工程项目稽察长效机制,什么是水利工程项目稽察长效机制及如何建立稽察长效机制三个方面,提出了建立水利工程项目稽察长效机制的思路与措施。The Water engineering project inspection is one of the effective means of construction and management.It plays an irreplaceable role in the development of water conservancy.This paper proposes why should establish the water conservancy project inspection long-term effect mechanism,What is the long-term mechanism of water conservancy project inspection and how to establish it,as well as put forward the idea and measures to establish it.
