摘 要:采用一锅法制备了氧化锆前躯体纺丝液聚乙酰丙酮锆。利用静电纺丝工艺制备了超细氧化锆纤维,直径达到100 nm~500 nm。研究了静电纺丝工艺参数(纺丝电压、固化距离、注射泵的推进速度、溶胶粘度等)对氧化锆纤维性能的影响。实验表明,当纺丝电压为20 KV、固化距离为12 cm、注射泵推进速度为1.0 mL/h、溶胶粘度为2.0 Pa·s时,纺出纤维直径细,纤维连续且均匀。In this experiment,polyacetylacetonatozirconium as the spinning solution of zirconia fibers was prepared by sol-gel method.Ultrafine zirconia fibers measuring 100 nm^500 nm in diameter were prepared by electrostatic spinning process.We researched the influence of the electrospinning voltage,solidification distance,push speed and viscosity on fibers’morphology and structure.It was found that electrospinning voltage at 20 KV,solidification distance within 12 cm,push speed at 1.0mL/h,viscosity at 2.0 Pa·s were suitable for electrospinning.The prepared zirconia fibers were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and chemical analysis.
