摘 要:针对尖晶石型铁氧体与不同阳离子匹配,就有不同电荷的特点。利用化学共沉淀法,在NaOH溶液中添加MnCl_2·4H_2O、FeCl_3·6H_2O、Ni(NO_3)2·6H_2O溶液,制备镍锰铁氧体前驱体,在温度600℃煅烧3h得到镍锰铁氧体。利用SEM、XRD、FT-IR等方法对镍锰铁氧体的形貌和尺寸、结构进行表征分析。结果表明,生成的镍锰铁氧体为尖晶石型的软磁材料,禁带宽度约为1.14eV,饱和磁化强度(Ms)和矫顽力(Hc)为10A·m^2/kg、9 950A/m。制备的镍锰铁氧体可作有效的光催化剂。For the spinel ferrite with different cations match,there is a different charge characteristics.The chemical coprecipitation method was used to prepare nickel-manganese ferrite precursor by adding MnCl 2·4H 2O,FeCl 3·6H 2O and Ni(NO 3)2·6H 2O solution into NaOH solution and calcining at 600℃for 3 h to obtain nickel-manganese ferrite.The morphology,size and structure of Ni-Mn ferrites were characterized by SEM,XRD and FT-IR.The results show that the nickel-manganese ferrite is a spinel soft magnetic material with a forbidden band width of about 1.14 eV,a saturation magnetization(M s)of 10 A·m 2/kg and a coercive force(H c)of 9 950 A/m.Synthetic nickel-manganese ferrite can be used as an effective photocatalyst.
