摘　　要：概述了吹扫转子流量计在煤气化装置中的应用,通过理想气体状态方程和不可压缩流体的一般能量方程,深入剖析了吹扫转子流量计在气体和液体吹扫应用中量程确定的关键步骤。以实际数据为基础,依据相关标准中的条款,分别阐述了吹扫转子流量计在气体和液体吹扫应用中量程的选择过程;并且澄清了在气体吹扫应用中,吹扫转子流量计在量程选择时容易犯的两个错误;同时探讨了相关标准规范在液体吹扫应用时的局限性。The application of purging rotameters in coal gasification unit is summarized.With ideal gas equation and general energy equations of incompressible fluid,the key steps of measuring range determination of purging rotameter in the application of gas and liquid purging are deeply analyzed.Based on actual data and in accordance with the terms of the relevant standards and specifications,measuring range selection of purging rotameter in the application of gas and liquid purging is described respectively.Two mistakes which are easily made in the process of determining purging rotameter measuring range in the application of gas purging are clarified.The Umitation of relevant standards and specifications in the application of liquid purging is also discussed.
