摘  要:管道内检测是管道完整性管理的重要环节,也是发现管道本体缺陷的主要手段。详细介绍了漏磁检测、电磁超声检测的原理和适用性。对某成品油管道内检测数据的分析和开挖验证结果表明:漏磁检测对缺陷的定量测量误差较大,难以检测出裂纹类缺陷;电磁超声检测可以检测管道的外部缺陷以及防腐层剥离,尤其对裂纹类缺陷检测精度高。Pipeline internal inspection is an important link of pipeline integrity management.It R also the main means to find the pipeline body defect.The principle and applicability of magnetic flux leakage and electromagnetic acoustic transducer are mtroduced in detail.The analysis and excavation of test data verification result m one finished product pipeline shows the quantitative measurement error of magnetic flux leakage s large.It is difficult to detect crack defects.Electromagnetic acoustic transducer can detect the external defects of the pipeline and the peel of the anti-corrosion layer.The detection accuracy for the defect kind of crack is especially high.
