摘  要:流体流过流量计后,都会产生一定的压力降,因而引起出口静压降低。当被测流体为含水蒸气的气体时,由于气体的膨胀性,静压降低会导致气体流束膨胀,从而会引起流量测量产生误差。分析了气体膨胀对标准孔板流量计、喷嘴流量计、线性孔板流量计、V锥流量计、浮子流量计、涡街流量计流量测量的影响,并给出了在流量二次装置中实现可膨胀性系数的自动补偿方法。A certain pressure drop will be produced after fluid passes through flowmeter,and static pressure decrease will be caused at flowmeter outlet.When the measuring fluid is gas with steam,the static pressure decrease will result in gas volume expansion due to the expansion of gas,and will cause flow measurement error.The impact of gas expansion to orifice flowmeter,nozzle flowmeter,linear orifice flowmeter,V cone flowmeter,float lowmeter and vortex lowmeter is investigated.Realizing an auto-compensation o expansibility factor for flow in secondary device is provided.
