摘  要:采用表面印迹技术,以Cr(Ⅲ)为模板离子,2(2-吡啶)甲醇为功能单体,3-碘丙基三乙氧基硅烷为交联剂,介孔硅材料MCM-41为固相载体,设计并合成了含氮双齿配体修饰的铬(Ⅲ)离子印迹介孔二氧化硅材料(Cr(Ⅲ)-IIPs)。采用红外光谱、固态核磁共振、小角X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜和氮气吸附-脱附(BET)实验对此印迹材料的结构和形貌进行了表征。BET测试结果表明,Cr(Ⅲ)-IIPs的比表面积(625.3 m2/g)大于Cr(Ⅲ)-NIPs(527.1 m2/g)。温度为25℃,pH=5,吸附时间为30 min时,此印迹材料对Cr^(3+)离子的吸附达到平衡,吸附容量为151.2 mg/g。等温吸附模型和吸附动力学研究表明,吸附等温模型符合Langmuir模型,相关系数为0.9929;吸附动力学符合Pseudo-second-order模型,相关系数为0.9806。Cr(Ⅲ)-IIPs对Cr^(3+)/CrO_4^(2-)、Cr^(3+)/Cu^(2+)、Cr^(3+)/Cd^(2+)、Cr^(3+)/Hg^(2+)、Cr^(3+)/Co^(2+)、Cr^(3+)/Ni^(2+)的相对选择性系数分别为5.13、1.21、1.97、1.71、1.27和4.00,对Cr^(3+)具有较强的选择性。Cr(Ⅲ)-IIPs经10次再生后,吸附量为初始量的90.7%,再生循环效果较好。A novel chromium(III)ion-imprinted material(Cr(III)-IIPs)was prepared by the surface imprinted technique with Cr(III)ion as the template,di(2-pyridyl)methanol as functional monomer,3-(triethoxysilyl)-propyl-iodine as cross-linking agent and mesoporous silica MCM-41 as solid supports.The structure and morphology of Cr(III)-IIPs and NIP were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance,small angle X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscope and N 2 adsorption-desorption analysis.The BET test results showed that the specific surface area(625.3 m 2/g)of Cr(III)-IIPs was greater than that of NIP(527.1 m 2/g).When the temperature was 25℃,pH=5 and the adsorption time was 30 min,the adsorption of Cr 3+ions on the imprinted material reached an equilibrium and the adsorption capacity was 151.2 mg/g.The isothermal adsorption model and adsorption kinetics study showed that the adsorption isotherm model conformed to Langmuir model.The model had a correlation coefficient of 0.9929.The adsorption kinetics followed the pseudo-second-order model and the correlation coefficient was 0.9806.The relative selectivity coefficients of Cr(III)-IIPs for Cr 3+/Cr 6+,Cr 3+/Cu 2+,Cr 3+/Cd 2+,Cr 3+/Hg 2+,Cr 3+/Co 2+,Cr 3+/Ni 2+were 5.13,1.21,1.97,1.71,1.27 and 4.00,showing that Cr-IIPs had strong selectivity for Cr 3+ions.After regeneration for ten times,the adsorption capacity of Cr-IIPs remained at 90.7%.The Cr(III)-IIPs showed good selectivity,reusability and stability.
