摘  要:采用结构化多面体网格和商用CFD软件对反应堆堆芯棒径D=8 mm,栅距比P/D=1.4超临界水冷反应堆内带定位格架类三角形堆芯通道内超临界水流动与传热特性进行研究。研究结果表明:采用SSG湍流模型计算得出的内壁温度与实验数据吻合良好。定位格架会导致工质产生扰动,阻流片型定位格架比标准型定位格架对流体扰动影响大。定位格架可强化堆芯通道内超临界水传热,阻流片型定位格架末端强化换热能力要优于标准型定位格架。Numerical studies on heat transfer and fluid flow characteristics of sub-channel with triangle distribution with grid spacer in the supercritical water reactor with commercial CFD code using structured polygonal mesh were carried out.In this study,the rod diameter was 8 mm and the pitch-to-diameter was 1.4.Results indicated that the inner wall temperature of sub-channel with standard gird spacer using SSG turbulence model was well fit the experimental data.It was found that the effect of grid spacer with flow-blockage disc on fluid flow was stronger than the standard grid spacer.The grid spacer could strengthen the heat transfer in the sub-channel,and the heat transfer capability of flow-blockage disc grid spacer was better than the standard grid spacer.
