摘 要:基于吸液芯纯导热传热模型,建立热管式辐射器传热单元三维数学模型。使用PHOENICS程序对模型进行求解,得到铜和C/C两种翅片热管稳态运行时的工作特性。与铜翅片相比,C/C翅片整体等温性更好,能够高效地辐射散热;同时可以降低传热单元的质量。若蒸发段壁温较低,增大翅片宽度,传热单元中的热管会遇到声速极限,传热功率受到限制;提高蒸发段壁温,则热管声速极限现象消失。C/C翅片热管传热优化分析结果表明,翅片宽度不宜大于100 mm,厚度以0.6 mm最佳。Based on the pure heat conduction model of the wick,a three dimensional mathematical model of heat transfer unit on heat pipe radiator was built.The mathematical model was solved by PHOENICS code to acquire the characteristics of heat pipe with the copper fin or the C/C fin under the steady operation.Compared with the copper fin,the C/C fin has better isothermality and more efficient radiation heat transfer.At the same time,the C/C fin can reduce the mass of heat transfer unit.If the wall temperature of the evaporation section is low,the heat pipe in heat transfer unit will encounter the sonic limit when the fin width is increased,and the heat transfer power will be limited.The sonic limit will disappear if the temperature of evaporation section is increased.The optimization analysis results of C/C fin heat pipe show that the width of fin could not be greater than 100 mm,and the best thickness of fin is 0.6 mm.
