摘　　要：爆破阀是AP1000核电厂中的重要设备,也是AP1000核电厂最早进行国产化的设备之一。详细介绍爆破阀在AP1000机组中的运用情况、设计要求及主要特点,结合国内外爆破阀研究情况,总结了爆破阀研制过程中设计和制造的技术难点。通过对各技术难点深入剖析,使得研制单位在爆破阀国产化及后续技术改进过程中目标明确,为我国后续核电项目研制出高可靠性的爆破阀产品。Squib valve is a key equipment for AP1000 nuclear power plant.is one of the earliest domestic equipment for AP1000 nuclear power plant.The application in AP1000 unit,design requirements and main characteristics of squib valve were introduced in detail,based on previous research of squib valve at home and abroad,the technical difficulties in the design and manufacture of the Squib valve are summarized.Through deep<http://dict.youdao.com/search?q=deep%20analysis%0D%0A&keyfrom=fanyi.smartResult>analysis of technical difficulties,it makes the object clear in the process of squib valve nationalization and subsequent technical improvement,the squib valve product with high reliability will be developed for the follow-up nuclear power plant project in China.
