摘　　要：越来越多的绿色建筑走进了民众的生活,其中一些绿色住宅的品质还有明显的提升空间,例如:最能体现绿色建筑理念的被动式技术运用得还不够好。文章分析了几个住宅工程案例,提出应发展以被动式技术为主的绿色住宅,同时建议适度提高绿色建筑评价标准。More and more green buildings have entered the life of the people.Some of the green houses can be further improved in quality,for example:passive technology that best reflects the concept of green building is not good enough.This article analyzes several residential project cases and proposes green house development based on passive technology,it is also recommended to moderately improve the evaluation standards for green buildings.
