摘　　要：在全面实现纸质文件、电子文件部门同步立卷的基础上,根据新时期国家和广东省对电子文件管理的新要求,我校以省档案局科研立项的课题为牵引,通过谋划顶层设计、完善规章制度、构建三级管理网络队伍、研发档案管理系统、加强质量监管,开展电子文件在线部门立卷,实现了档案综合管理服务的转型升级。Based on the simultaneous department filing of paper documents and electronic documents,according to the new requirements of the country and Guangdong province for electronic document management in the new period,our university makes use of the research project issued by Archives Bureau of Guangdong Province,and realizes the transformation and upgrade of comprehensive archives management services by planning the top-level design,perfecting rules and regulations,building a three-level management network team,developing archives management system,strengthening quality supervision,and promoting online department filing of electronic documents.
