摘 要:非物质文化遗产档案(以下简称非遗档案)管理是非遗保护事业的重要组成部分。由于非遗档案与传统官方档案不同,具有其特殊性,因此传统的档案管理方法不能完全适合于非遗档案,存在着档案收集效率低、多地方重复申报、非遗档案造假、多头管理主体间信息不透明协作性差等问题。文章结合区块链技术具有分布式账本、共识机制、加密算法等特点,针对非遗档案来源复杂、高度分散、数量大、质量低等特点,提出基于区块链技术的非物质文化遗产档案管理优化方法,有助于解决非遗档案管理中收集难、鉴定难、合作难、安全难的问题。The management of intangible cultural heritage archives is an important part of intangible cultural heritage conservation.Because of their particularity,intangible cultural heritage archives are different from traditional official archives.Therefore,traditional archives management methods are not completely suitable for intangible cultural heritage archives.There are some problems such as low efficiency of archives collecting,repeated declaration,fake intangible cultural heritage archives,lack of information transparency and poor collaboration among multiple administrators.Based on blockchain technology’s characteristics of distributed ledger,consensus mechanism and encryption algorithm combined with intangible cultural heritage archives’characteristics of complicated sources,high dispersion,large amount and low quality,the paper puts forward an optimization management mode of intangible cultural heritage archives based on blockchain technology,in order to overcome the difficulties in collection,identification,cooperation and safety in intangible cultural heritage archives management.
